Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Wallet Recharges
Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once money is added to the Digital Bharat wallet, it can only be utilized for services and tool fees within the platform.
2. API & Portal Services
Digital Bharat employs an instant-refund mechanism for API calls. If an API request fails due to server timeout or "Record Not Found", the deducted amount is instantly reversed and credited back to your wallet. If the API returns a successful response, the charge is final and non-refundable.
3. Pro Upgrades
Upgrades to PRO plans are billed on a one-time or recurring basis depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. Your PRO access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Exceptions
In the event of a duplicate charge due to technical failure, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method after verification.
